The impact of the genetic predisposition in the developing of diseases

In the last time the human beings through the course of evolution to civilization succeeded to solve a lot of chronic diseases but because of both the increasing of exposure as harmful substances, radiation, sedentary, wrong behavior etc. and the alteration of human genome by decreasing of natural selection (of course and because of the exposure), the number of human diseases has remained constant or even increased.

Question: What makes the cases exposed different from the controls exposed who do not develop the disease?

Answer: The genetic predisposition to disease and the information recorded in our program, the DNA, which our body uses to counteract the effect of exposure, besides the other factors such as: the level of health in the moment of exposure, the kind of life behavior, and the quantity of other harmful factors in action at that time.
